EKSPLORASI INOVASI GAS ALAM: MENUJU DAPUR PINTAR DANBERKELANJUTAN

Studi ini meneliti penggunaan gas alam sebagai sumber energi utama
di dapur rumah tangga di Palembang untuk mendukung efisiensi energi
dan keberlanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa gas alam lebih stabil,
murah, serta didukung oleh program jaringan gas pemerintah. Survei
mengungkapkan bahwa 70% responden memahami manfaatnya bagi
lingkungan dan kesehatan, meskipun teknologi dapur pintar masih
memerlukan sosialisasi lebih lanjut. Dengan pengukuran pintar dan
kontrol otomatis, efisiensi konsumsi gas dapat meningkat hingga 15%,
sementara biaya energi bulanan berkurang hingga 20%. Studi ini
merekomendasikan adopsi gas alam untuk mendorong gaya hidup
berkelanjutan dan mengurangi emisi karbon di Palembang..
This study examines the use of natural gas as the primary energy source
in household kitchens in Palembang to support energy efficiency and
sustainability. The findings show that natural gas is more stable,
affordable, and supported by the government's gas network program.
Surveys reveal that 70% of respondents understand its environmental
and health benefits, although smart kitchen technology still requires
further outreach. With smart metering and automatic control, gas
consumption efficiency can increase by up to 15%, while monthly
energy costs can be reduced by up to 20%. This study recommends
adopting natural gas to promote a sustainable lifestyle and reduce
carbon emissions in Palembang
