Abstract

This research aims to find out how active  Deli Serdang Regency DPRD is in implementing the Electronic Government system by utilizing information technology in accordance with developments in the social media era. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods, the data produced in this research was in the form of written and spoken sentences so that it could describe issues regarding the Implementation of the E-Government System in the Deli Serdang Regency DPRD. Based on the results of the research and discussions carried out, the researchers came to the conclusion that regarding the implementation of the E-Government System in the Deli Serdang Regency DPRD, it is necessary to develop a website and develop service procedures for the community by the Secretariat of the Deli Serdang Regency DPRD so that the service can be felt by the public that the service is from They are kind and full of responsibility and can also serve the community in accordance with the vision and mission of the Deli Serdang Regency DPRD by operating good service procedures.
